Yesterday we attended the grand opening of the Alzheimer Centre of Excellence at Riverview Health Centre. State of the art learning and caring facility in Winnipeg, we were blown away by the care given to details to help the residents as they go through this terrible and traumatic disease. Everything from created lighting, to set stations to help recall memories, this has it all. So very proud and grateful to work for an organization that gives back to the community in more ways than people realize. Thank you to the staff and crew at the Centre for asking and allowing us to help in a small way.
