Winnipeg Jets Signed Memorabilia Draw Rules

Official Contest Rules

1. Eligibility:

• Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
• Residency: Open to legal residents of Manitoba, Canada.
• Exclusions: Employees of Vickar Community Chevrolet, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Sponsor:

This contest is sponsored by Vickar Community Chevrolet, located at 964 Regent Avenue W, Winnipeg, MB, R2C 3A8, Canada.

3. Agreement to Rules:

By participating, contestants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions made by the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

4. Contest Period:

• Start Date: April 24, 2025, at 9:00 AM CST
• End Date: May 2, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST

Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter:

To enter, participants must:

• Follow Vickar Community Chevrolet on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
• Like the giveaway post.
• Comment on the post by tagging three friends.

6. Entry Limitations:

One comment per platform will be considered. Multiple comments on the same platform will not increase your chances of winning.

7. Prizes:

• Description: One (1) signed Mark Scheifele Winnipeg Jets T-shirt and one (1) Winnipeg Jets flag.
• Value: Approximate retail value of $250 CAD.
• Conditions: Prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other prize substitution is permitted. The winner must be able to personally collect the prize from Vickar Community Chevrolet.

8. Winner Selection and Notification:

• Selection: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible social media comments across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Notification: The winner will be contacted via direct message on the social media platform through which they entered, within five (5) business days after the contest ends.
• Claiming Prize: The winner must respond within seven (7) business days to claim the prize. If no response is received, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

9. Rights Granted by Entrants:

By entering, participants grant Vickar Community Chevrolet the right to use their name, entry, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Terms & Conditions:

Vickar Community Chevrolet reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the contest in the event of any technical issues or suspected fraud.

11. Limitation of Liability:

By participating, entrants release Vickar Community Chevrolet, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok from any liability related to injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation or receipt of the prize.

12. Disputes:

This contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Privacy Policy:

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Vickar Community Chevrolet Privacy Policy.

15. Winner List:

To obtain a copy of the winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, send your request to Vickar Community Chevrolet, 964 Regent Avenue W, Winnipeg, MB, R2C 3A8, within thirty (30) days after the contest ends.
